Title: "Trompe L'Oeil"
Style: Dark Emotional Music
Country: ITALY
Label: My Kingdom Music
Overview:
Let's say immediately that it can be the soundtrack for your cloudy evenings. "Trompe L'Oeil" is an album played by great musicians with a great taste for the melodies and a passionate vibration that is very difficult to hear in to a debut band. Just don't be afraid to be enchanted by the emotional spleen and the deep pathos present in these 10 drops of sweet decadent sonorous restlessness.

Biography:
The Sun of Weakness born in 2003 thanks to Flavio who persuaded Alessandro (vocals) and Maurizio (guitars) to be part of this project. The passion for gloomy and sad sonority of bands such as Anathema, Novembre, Opeth and Katatonia, has been at the beginning the point of union of this project and soon (three months only) they give birth to the first demo simply titled "The Sun Of Weakness" who saw the support of a guest keyboarder, Martina. Thanks to great media reactions, the three decided to compose new songs for the following work, and to complete the line-up for the live performances. It was completed by the keyboarder Fabio, and, later, by the guitarist Alessio who substituted Maurizio who left the band. With this line-up, the band began to compose new songs, and, in october/november 2004 recorded the 2nd demo "At The Edge Of Shine" helped by Patrizio (bass) as a guest, at first, then as an effective member. In 2006 TSOW attempted the early live dates, while releasing their new mini-cd "Landescape", recorded again by Flavio Scipione, but now mixed and mastered by Giuseppe Orlando (Novembre) at the well-known The Outer Sound Studios in Rome. In September 2006 the band signed a deal with My Kingdom Music, for their debut album that is scheduled for May/June 2007 and that could surely be considered, as the same label announces, a magic decadent "spleen", melancholic and full of pathos in the vein of NOVEMBRE, A PERFECT CIRCLE, ANATHEMA, KATATONIA, TOOL.
